How it works
Two ways to work with us
Refer
You recommend GDHQ to your couple. They book and pay GDHQ directly for production and install. Simple, with no invoicing on your end.
Resell
You book at GDHQ's vendor rate and bundle it into your own package, billing the couple yourself.
Either way, how you price it to your client is entirely up to you. Mark up the vendor rate for your own margin, or pass it straight through at cost to give them a better deal. That’s your call; GDHQ doesn’t set or police your downstream pricing.

Tier 1
Print only
GDHQ produces the wrap. You or the venue handle install and removal.
Tier 2
Print + install
GDHQ produces and installs. Removal is your or the venue's responsibility, disclosed upfront, no surprise.
Tier 3
Print + install + removal
Full service. GDHQ handles production, install, and post-event removal.
Exact vendor pricing, including removal cost, is shared once you’re set up as a partner.
Working together
Good to know
- Booking
- Install slots are first-come, first-served and subject to production capacity. There's no hard deadline, but GDHQ can't guarantee an unbooked date, so earlier is better.
- Artwork
- Final artwork is due 3 weeks before install. Vector files (.svg or .ai) work best, or choose from GDHQ's existing design library. GDHQ can also convert a reference image to vector for an additional fee.
- Payment
- 50% deposit due at booking, remaining balance due 1 day before install.
- Removal
- Available as a full-service tier. Overnight windows carry an after-hours crew callout charge.
