Our Approach

We want everyone to be able to use this website, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access it. This is an ongoing effort and we take it seriously.

What We Do

We build and maintain this site with the following in mind:

• Semantic HTML so screen readers and assistive tools can properly interpret page content.
• Keyboard navigation support throughout the site, including a skip-to-content link.
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
• Text alternatives for images.
• Form fields that are properly labeled and linked to their inputs.
• A reduced-motion setting that disables animations for users who prefer it.
• ARIA attributes on interactive components like tabs, dialogs, and navigation menus.

Standard

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some areas of the site may not fully meet this standard yet. We are working to identify and fix those areas.

Known Limitations

• The site uses a custom cursor on desktop. The native system cursor is hidden when the custom cursor is active. Users who rely on the system cursor can disable JavaScript or use browser settings to override this behaviour.
• Some decorative text may not meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio for normal-sized text. This is a deliberate design choice for visual styling, and all essential content meets contrast requirements.
